Directions to the Ragged Point Inn (805) 927-4502

From the North

Take Highway 1 South from Carmel. Continue towards Big Sur on Highway 1. We are located approximately 48 miles south of Big Sur, 11 miles south of Gorda, just south of the Monterey / San Luis Obispo County line. The Resort is easily seen from the highway . You are almost there when you see the big Ragged Point billboard on the right side of the highway; the resort is just around the corner but don't take the first entrance, use the second or third paved entrance you come to.
The hotel lobby's tall covered double in and out driveway will provide convenient parking while you register at the hotel.

This is a whimsical highway map of the Scenic Coast Highway 1. It includes most towns, creeks, and landmarks for the area from Monterey to Morro Bay California. It is made for the purpose of guiding guests to the Ragged Point Inn and Resort Hotel and help them find things to see and do along the way.
